Dallas, TX — Newly signed CMG artist Zillionaire Doe continues to solidify his role as the new face of Trap Music with the explosive debut of his latest music video, “Back 2 The South Remix” featuring Yo Gotti. Released yesterday, the video instantly made waves, amassing over 1.2 million views across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok within 24 hours, while trending #3 on YouTube Music in the U.S. and climbing the ranks of Apple Music’s hip-hop chart.

The hype began with behind-the-scenes previews and a viral post from Yo Gotti confirming his verse on the remix. Gotti set the tone by firing back at doubters with the opening bar: “Thought O had retired, shhh I lied..”—a line that reignited CMG fans and silenced critics.

Cameos from Trapboy Freddy and Dallas frontrunners Montana 700 and HeadHuncho Amir brought more firepower, cementing Doe’s movement as a rallying force for the New Dallas wave. With the trap genre’s roots long tied to Memphis and Atlanta, this release makes a bold statement: the home of Trap Music now finds itself backed by Dallas’ rising generation.

The video immerses viewers in South Dallas culture—filmed in front of the historic Forest Theater, flashing neighborhood street signs, and saluting local food staple Goodluck Hamburgers. It concludes with Zillionaire Doe and Yo Gotti atop matching white Rolls Royces on Dallas’ iconic Margaret Hunt Bridge, overlooking the skyline. “Standing tall on the roof of Rolls Royce is crazy work,” says DJ Bobby Eupho.

The release also launches the campaign for Doe’s upcoming project, “Mr. 14 Months,” a 14-track mixtape marking his journey since signing with CMG. Early buzz around the record includes the much-anticipated track “Texas Boyz” featuring Montana 700.

“Back to the South remix is more than music—it’s culture, connection, and the sound of home.” — Miesha Linwood, Publicist Relations

With viral momentum, heavy co-signs, and authentic Dallas grit, Zillionaire Doe has made his statement loud and clear: he is the future of Trap Music, and Dallas is its new capital. (BTS of Mr. 14 Months via Twitter)
